Auger feeder for low dense, fluffy or fibrous materials at high rates

The SIMPLEX FB is a high capacity, stainless steel, loss-in-weight feeder platform for light, fluffy materials like plastic flakes, cellulose, hemp, glass, carbon fibers, and other virgin or recycled materials.

When designed as a volumetric feeder, it can be used as a refill system or surge bin for smaller loss-in-weight feeders.

Modular concept with many shared and customized components
Progressive screw for stable and homogeneous dosing of raw material
Suitable for products with bulk densities between 0,01 – 0,5 kg/dm³ and rates up to 32 m³/h
